I’m Eva De Keyser, founder of Sparks Impact. For over a decade, I’ve driven sustainability forward inside complex organisations like Ardo, Alpro, and Danone. I’ve been the lone sustainability lead, passionate about change but navigating shifting priorities, unclear ownership, and competing agendas, I know exactly what it takes to make sustainability work in real life.
