Before this, I spent over a decade leading sustainability in companies like Ardo, Alpro, and Danone, so I know what it takes to try and drive change from the inside.
Today, I combine that hands-on experience with facilitation work, helping teams build shared understanding, ownership, and momentum around sustainability.
